Fujaco is a tech company that helps CTO and technical leaders to identify and implement issues that are not covered by internal teams. This offer is built on questions I had to answer myself as a CTO: - Do I make the right technical choices ? - I don't have this competency internally, how to implement this feature ? - How do I handle customer specific developments ? - How do I setup continuous integration and deployment ? - How do I catch up with my technical debt ? Priorities are focused on product roadmap and the surrounding features are left for future projects. I then decided to create Fujaco in order to work daily with technical leads, design the overall product pipeline and address projects that can't be covered internally. I built an experts and developers network in Mauritius to implement these projects and deliver high quality to my clients.
