Xin Yuan Community Care is a non-profit organisation that was established in May 2005. Our charity is committed to providing regular financial assistance and daily therapeutic, health and educational support to over 250 needy elderly and 40 underprivileged children from low-income families in the Bishan-Toa Payoh area. We strive to fill the social and financial welfare gaps among the needy children, youth and elderly. We have a team of dedicated nurses, therapists and volunteers who ensure the needs of our beneficiaries are met through the execution of our day-to-day programmes.
