Why: Technology Leaders of Nashville was born from the desire of two Nashville technology executives to participate in a monthly open discussion with their peers. In this fast-paced and ever-changing technological environment, they found it challenging to keep up with current trends or what their peers are facing. Having the opportunity to meet monthly to ask/give advice, discuss pressing issues and network continues to be well received since the inception of the TLN in early 2017. What: The TLN is a monthly meeting for technology executives in the Nashville area to discuss common challenges and best practices on topics ranging from security, technical trends, team building, mentoring, recruiting and retaining talent and much more. Monthly topics are suggested by members. The format each month ranges from open discussion to guest speaker with Q&A. Who: All technology executives ranging from Directors to CIO's & CTO's are invited to join us for our monthly gathering. Having executives from different industries and company sizes provides the attendees the opportunity to hear from many different perspectives.
