The laboratory is led by PhD Philippe Rigoard. There are two main research axes: neuro-spine and cardio-thoracic. As it is named, the laboratory is interested in predictive analysis of surgical data and chronic pain study. The laboratory was born in 2011 thanks to the getting a governmental program for costly innovative technical support by MD Philippe Rigoard, at this time clinic director in neurosurgery. Between 2012 and 2017, we have continued to extend the team to end today in a team of fifteen people working full time in PRISMATICS. The laboratory is made of various profiles from coordinators to clinical research associates (CRAs), including a computer engineer and a biostatistician. That is providing a huge range of skills. The laboratory accounts more than 330 publications in international journals, more than 8 million funding for several national or international projects.
