Proventus Renewables is dedicated to supporting the global Renewables and Clean-Tech industries through strategic & corporate finance advice and selective own participation. Specific focus and experience includes Onshore/Offshore Wind, PV, Biogas, Battery Storage, E-Mobility, Procurement & Energy Efficiency. Proventus is able to take in-house Management/Interim positions, structure/advise side-by-side on strategy/financing and diligence/entry or exit from positions – as well as selectively deploy own funds in the space. The Renewables & Clean-Tech space, emerging out of subsidies into merchant/Corporate PPA structures and bringing in new technologies is an incredibly exciting place to be. We are active across the whole project life-cycle from development to operations and exit, focusing on new technologies and including sophisticated strategies of operations optimisation, performance improvement and life extension/re-powering. Proventus is based in the UK, close to all London based investors & stakeholders in the industry but active across all of Europe in various Executive/Non Executive/Advisory and investment positions.
