Our studio is intimate and our classes are small, limited to no more than 15 people. Our teachers know your name and your fellow students do, as well. Our community welcomes every new member and provides support and encouragement during every stage of our practice. Our community is inclusive. Most of our classes are appropriate for our entire community, whether new to yoga or practicing for decades. Our students range in age from 19 - 65. Some of them regularly run Ultramarathons while others are healing injuries and regulating conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Scoliosis. Together, in one class, we are equally challenged and rewarded. Our approach is non-dogmatic. Our students are encouraged to build the practice that best suits them from the diverse lineages offered by our eternally curious teachers who study with the most respected figures in contemporary yoga. Our intention is pure. We endeavor to generate profit so that we may share it with those who do not have the means to do so for themselves. Charitable giving is an important facet of our mission. For those who cannot afford to pay for class with money, we will accept your talent and effort instead. Additionally, our teachers generously donate their time to teach bi-weekly goodkarma class, offered to the community in return for a donation to a charity of the teacher's choosing. We happily support our students in any way possible.
