OCA Architects Inc. is a Newark-based architectural firm located on the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) campus. Our projects include mixed-use residential developments, higher education, K-12 education, healthcare, corporate and public facilities. Some of our current projects include the PANYNJ Newark International Airport Vision Plan, PANYNJ JFK Terminal 6 Project design/build project, Newark Public Safety -Traffic Division as well as several multi-family residential Projects.
