Nordquist & Partners is a recruitment company started by entrepreneurs to find people with entrepreneurial characteristics, people who make a difference and create results. What makes us a bit better at this than others, we have ourselves started and run many businesses over the years and we have learned to recognize those who think and act that way. Sometimes you can trace them through a CV, but not always. Of course, we use tests, view the incredible number of CVs and tormenting our candidates' credentials. All the recruitment consultants do the same. But we do not think that's the trick. Instead, it is more about recognizing them by listening and studying and searching. As I said, for us it is about finding those with a passion.
