Welcome to Krav Oz, located in Germantown, Maryland. We are Montgomery County's premier self-defense and Krav Maga school, and Maryland’s only Fit to Fight Training Center. We are passionate about developing our students - no matter their background or experience level - into confident self-defense practitioners, and are pleased to offer regular self-defense and fitness class to our community. We are also proud to have partnered with various law enforcement and military entities over the years to provide the best defensive tactics to those on the front lines. We have trained hundreds of teachers the best practices to address an active shooter in our Active Killer Defense Courses, and we also lead various major DC area university self-defense programs.
