OUR FOUNDER Jennifer Hart is a certified executive coach, trainer, and consultant with a passion for bridging the gaps between leadership and communication and aligning stakeholders with divergent viewpoints. Jennifer brings more than a decade of leadership experience to her practice and a strong track record of building motivating environments and managing, coaching, and retaining diverse global teams. Her twenty-year career includes stints in government and consulting in the United States, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Jennifer received her coaching certification from American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program and is an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® certified practitioner, and an authorized facilitator and partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team(TM assessments for use in both coaching and training.
