ESTI is the supervisory and regulatory authority for electrical installations that are not controlled by the Federal Office of Transport FOT. It ensures that these installations are designed, erected and maintained in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. They installations include high-voltage installations, low-voltage installations and low-current systems. The work carried out by ESTI Team is aimed at ensuring electrical safety for people and the environment. ESTI also promotes the safe use of electricity by upholding high safety standards for electrical installations and products in Switzerland.
