21st Century Legacy inspires, engages and empowers young people through the Be the Best you can Be! Programme in Secondary and Primary Schools across the UK. The Charity was founded by Olympic Champion, Dr David Hemery CBE, as an educational legacy inspired by London hosting the 2012 Olympic Games. The Be the Best you can Be! Programme is being rolled out to Secondary and Primary Schools across the UK. The 'Be the Best you can Be!' Programme is designed to inspire, engage and empower young people to pursue and fulfil their dreams. The Programme challenges and supports the hearts and minds of young people so they can choose to develop their potential to the full. Olympians, as role models, kick start each school Programme and bring the ‘achievement of dreams’ into the curriculum.
