RED (Rocket Experiment Division) is a project of AeroTéc (the aerospace engineering students association) of Instituto Superior Técnico, in Lisbon, Portugal, whose main objective is to design, build and launch rockets. We participate yearly at EuRoC (European Rocketry Challenge), the european university rocketry competition. RED was founded in 2017 and in the past five years the technical evolution has been striking. We started officially participating in EuRoC in 2021, with the Blimunda Mission, the first Portuguese rocket to participate in an international competition. Previously, we also built Pilot (our very first rocket) and three editions of Aurora. Currently, we are working on the Baltasar Mission with which we will be participating in EuRoC 2022.
