American Savings Life was founded in 1954 in Phoenix, AZ. We are a "niche" life insurance carrier offering top-paying annuities (both income and fixed deferred annuities) and whole life insurance. Our competitive advantage is that for over 65 years we have invested the majority of assets in our own very conservative yet profitable commercial real estate loan products. Our above-average investment returns and our low overhead allow us to pay high interest rates on our annuities and provide competitive life insurance products. We are based in Mesa, Arizona with our insurance and annuity products currently available exclusively to Arizona and Utah residents. Our products are sold through a limited number of directly appointed independent insurance agents.
