New Lens Urban Mentoring Society is a non-profit mentoring program to improve the quality of life for black males by providing culturally-congruent, multi-generational mentoring to address mental, physical, and social development. Vision: For Black Males To Increase: + Access to high-quality mentoring + Enrollment in AP, AVID, and IB programs + Completion of postsecondary experiences Values: + Quality- Commitment to excellence and the discipline to continually improve. + Collaboration- Working together to accomplish more than what's possible alone. + Purposefulness- Deliberate action, focused on the organizations goals and priorities.
