A majority of our team members started their careers at TRACS with an internship or a co-op position that gave them a chance to travel the globe while learning more about what we do in our fast-paced, exciting work environment. However, soon after their start, they realized that job titles and rank are secondary to passion and performance. Each member of our team, regardless of tenure, is treated as an equal and given every opportunity to help TRACS produce the best possible experiences for our partners and participants.
