Energy Gym is owned by Gavin & Siobhan Barry, who with their manager Callum Watt, lead a team of over 10 Fitness Instructors & Personal Trainers. Our team is impressive, with specialists in Body Building, Powerlifting, Pilates, Dance, Nutrition, and Sports Training. Many of our team have worked for the big corporate gyms Virgin, Pure, Ballantynes, Greens but have moved to Energy Gym realising that we offer a unique product for both our members and team.
