Glenthorne is privately owned; the majority of our shareholders are private individuals and acting Directors. They hold the shares and assets of the Group. Glenthorne Ltd is the company established by the Shareholders as the holding vehicle for the Groups property assets. The Group has a Board of three members; two Non-Executive directors and the Chairman. Our Group consists of four primary operations - Acquisitions & Development, Glenthorne Commercial, Glenthorne Capital and Glenthorne Fund Management. This diversified configuration supports the development and growth of our core portfolio activities whilst enabling joint venture projects and creating external funding opportunities for institutions and private investors.
