Weaver Popcorn has had a breeding program and seed production division for over 40 years but, as of 2019, these two parts of Weaver Popcorn are becoming Weaver Popcorn Hybrids, an independent seed company. Weaver Popcorn Hybrids will continue to be family owned, run by the values of founder Reverend Ira E. Weaver, who is remembered for the motto he lived by, “No sale is complete if the customer isn’t satisfied.”
