REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (REICO IS ČS) was founded in 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Česká spořitelna, a.s., the largest Czech retail bank and a member of the Erste Group Bank AG. Based in Prague, REICO IS ČS manages the ČS nemovitostní fond (ČSNF) which is the largest and oldest property mutual fund in the Czech Republic. In 2020, the fund NAV of ČSNF amounted some CZK 27 million (EUR 1 billion) and our property AUM exceeded CZK 32 billion (ca. EUR 1.2 billion). Our core investment strategy is based on a balanced allocation into prime office, retail, high street and industrial assets located in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. REICO IS ČS is subject to the supervision carried out by the Czech National Bank (ČNB).
