Leadership and Team Development We support organisations and individual teams to develop clarity in roles and decision making and to build better understanding, trust and communication with one another and with people supported by services. We can do this through the facilitation of specific courses in person centred people management focusing on areas such as supervision, developing teams, recruitment and more productive meetings and also through coaching and consultancy to build the capacity of leaders and the organisation. We work with organisations to develop resources, policies and guidelines, particularly in relation to implementing person-centred practices.
