The WorkPlace is the largest employment and training initiative in Jefferson and Lewis Counties. We are a joint venture between Jefferson County Department of Employment and Training, Lewis County Department of Employment and Training, and the New York State Department of Labor. Our American Job Centers are dedicated to helping Jefferson and Lewis Counties develop a strong workforce and assisting our customers with career counseling and exploration. All of our services are free of charge.
