Motel is a Barcelona based strategy & design agency that creates global design projects for the hospitality industry. Our objective with every project is to identify the trajectory towards a successful project. The intention isn’t to create pretty pictures for our website, but to understand the winning combination of the needs of the target market, location and client, and build the project around them. Don’t get us wrong, we like beautiful things, but if analysis shows the project needs a very understated aesthetic, then that is what we will design. Even though we are driven by passion and design intuitively, we have a methodically driven project process, that is based on research and a strong studio+client relationship.
