ConnectNow is a web chat, skills based, routing system which enables chats to be assigned to the right agent at the right time. Unlike conventional phone base service desks, agents can communicate with multiple end-users at any one time, offering superior efficiency and productivity. With a simple roll-out (on premises or Cloud based) followed by training this product is particularly useful in a help desk environment. It can also be used internally for communication between departments of larger organisations. It offers the routing capabilities of a telephony IVR system combined with the flexibility and tooling availability of web-based communication. ConnectNow easily integrates with existing systems including intranets, knowledge bases and ticket logging systems. This system was successfully piloted at the Great Ormond Street Hospital and University Hospital of North Midlands, who are now rolling it out to its 12,000 users.
