Sincerity Personnel was Launched in January 2013, located in Bishop's Stortford covering the Essex and Hertfordshire areas. Having had a total of over 7 years recruitment experience with a major high street agency in the mid 90's and then again with a couple independent agencies in 2010, I wanted to bring back some good old fashioned recruitment values which I felt had been forgotten among the vast expanse of some agencies today such as meeting candidates and clients face to face and getting to know the needs and wants of both. The business is run solely by myself with a view to expanding once 'Sincerity Personnel' develops and grows. Sincerity Personnel is a recruitment agency specializing in Permanent Office Recruitment and my aim is to source and select the most suitable candidates for clients with job vacancies and to build strong working relationships between both parties by offering honest recruitment solutions. We are about meeting all clients and candidates where possible so that a thorough understanding is achieved in order to match effectively. We are not a CV generating agency which churns out as many as possible to clients and to see what sticks!
