Bigfoot Creative • Kansas City
www.bigfoot-creative.comA design and illustration duo in Kansas City, Jim Sweet & Abby Orlando are Bigfoot Creative. Bigfoot Creative was spurred from a conglomerate of ideas that began from early childhood. Abby, the original resident Missouri Monster, grew up in a small town surrounded by the woods and farms of the Midwest. As a child, she did in fact have very large feet. This was probably an early warning sign of her enormous height that she would later reach in life. As a joke her father, now lovingly referred to as Papa Bigfoot, used to call her Momo Foot. Jim, also a Missouri resident, met Abby later in life where she convinced him that he too matched the description of the beast, and was recruited into the organization. He has mad illustration skills that won her over as well. TODAY, they spend most of their time being creative and jumping from one project to the next. In their free time you can most likely find them in the Kansas City area watching a television show on the elusive beast with their furry children commonly known as cats and dogs. Sometimes they sing silly songs, play the ukulele and go fishing, but not all at once; that would be ridiculous. We would like the fans of Bigfoot Creative to know that we do not believe in Bigfoot. Like a born and raised Show Me State resident, we have to see it to believe it, but that doesn’t stop us from hoping and dreaming big. Until that day comes, if and when the mythical creature can be proven real, we’ll keep trying to imagine him.
