Our Flow Studio (Beachwood studio) is heated to approximately 75 degrees and hosts many of our Power Yoga Basics classes and our Slow Flow Yoga. Our Hot Studio (Beachwood & Uptown studio) starts at 86 degrees and heats up as you heat up; come ready to sweat! ~ The powerful yoga classes and highly trained teachers are only the beginning to the services offered.
