Border Mindfulness provides evidence based training in mindfulness and meditation to individuals, workplaces, schools and through public courses. Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention to yourself and your surroundings; one based on being open, curious and kind. When attention is cultivated in this way, a direct and open relationship to things as they are emerges and this enables you to more skillfully respond, rather than just react, to people events and circumstances. The training and support provided by Border Mindfulness focuses on your direct experiential learning of mindfulness and its application in everyday life.
