Our focus group is Hispanic women born abroad or in the United States who share a common background in our Latino culture. But it also has the multicultural and demographic exposure offered by the city of Miami. Our mission is to create exciting, rewarding and satisfying events to culturally integrate our Latino communities in Miami and empower our Latina women to pursue their interests and goals. Nuestra visión es capacitar a las mujeres latinas para posiciones de liderazgo y reconocimiento. Al crear y desarrollar estos eventos y talleres, promovemos el espíritu de una comunidad. Nuestros eventos apuntan a sus intereses y antecedentes culturales, y crea oportunidades simples para la red al mejorar sus habilidades de socialización y auto-empoderamiento.
