vanderwalt GmbH is one of a kind. We run Mindset Change Workshops (also as a virtual workshop) on the one hand, do executive coaching in English and German and keynote speeches. In the workshops we combine the emotional aspects of uncertainty (the human side) with micro-skills needed to manage oneself through the change process. Each participant will evaluate their own inner world, to become more secure, more engaged, more agile with more energy. These reflective 2-day workshops, are targeted at middle management, in groups of 12–16 participants (virtual workshops - 8 max.)
