Hamiedog Menswear was founded in 2016 by Scott Glazebrook. Whitley Bay was our only choice of location, there's a real buzz in the air that the town has really turned around and continues to regenerate. The stunning Dome at the Spanish City site along with a refurbished sea-front is just part of what is on offer here. The vision for Hamiedog (pronounced “Hay-me-dog”) was always to bring men a selection of decent quality gear but at a fraction of the price that you'd pay for designer goods. Our collection looks good - we choose brands that you might not be familiar with but styles which we know you will enjoy. We are passionate about our town. We are passionate about supporting local businesses. We really want to convince people to ditch the out-of-town shopping centres, if only for one day of the week, and spend a few hours getting to know what's on your doorstep - or just a short walk from it. We work with other retailers and service providers as part of the Whitley Bay Chamber of Trade, to promote the local area and make sure that everyone knows how brilliant it is.
