NEEDBASED firmly believes in prioritizing carbon footprint reduction during construction and the building’s lifespan. Our approach is to first maximize the existing conditions through development of appropriate site planning and primary architectural details. We have then found that investing in the shell of the structure both in terms of durability and insulation provides significantly better returns then simply increasing the efficacy of the component that uses the fuel.
