Every day teachers around the world create hundreds of thousands teaching materials - putting a lot of heart, knowledge and competences into it for their own classes. But it doesn't matter how valuable, creative and fun those materials are - most of them end up in forgotten drawers or hard drives after one use. Other teachers and their students don't profit of of those great materials. Yet good lesson planning doesn't mean that every teacher always has to create and plan all the hand outs and lessons on their own - in fact this is where many walk into the trap of being a lone fighter.
