Ask the certificate for the aluminium material. Even for the same ADC 12 grade, in China, they have First Class environment friendly aluminium, Second Class not environment friendly aluminium, Third Class recycled material. 2. PCB board. Thickness of the board : 1.6mm or 1.5mm. Heat transfer of the board could be 1.5 or 2.0. 3. Driver and LED chips. ELG and HLG price of MEANWELL has a lot differences. 4. Surge Protector Device (SPD), using the good brand of SPD. 5. Thermal Grease, helping the heat transfer. The brand of the grease, thickness of the grease on the board, it all matter.
