Ireland's National Touring Opera Company established in 1986, Opera Theatre Company (OTC) makes opera accessible across the island of Ireland by touring to venues ranging from town halls to opera houses, from Coleraine to Valentia, Dublin to the Aran Islands. With a strong outreach programme to better engage with audiences, the company also has the only professional development programme for young opera singers in the Republic of Ireland - the Young Associate Artists Programme. Opera Theatre Company has received critical acclaim both within Ireland and throughout Europe and the USA.
