An award winning commercial photographer based in New York, Matthew has photographed four books for the International Culinary Center, two of which have won James Beard awards. He has a special interest in capturing the spontaneity of the moment, whether it be in the kitchen of a world class restaurant, the laboratory of a leading research institute or a portrait of a child in a NYC public school.
