Since July 2013, The Sarhan Mediation Center had the initiative of providing low-cost conflict management services to the community as part of our vision to provide a peaceful and smooth process for responding to conflicts. We help people have difficult conversations – so they can say what they need to say and be heard, and hear the other person as well. Our services include mediation, facilitation, workplace team building, conflict coaching and restorative justice.Next-Door-Neighbor, families, parents, youth, community groups and co-workers use our services to address a broad range of issues.
