Springboard - We Make Sales Happen
www.springboardbizdev.comSpringboard, LLC was founded in July 2008 in an effort to help small businesses with limited resources experience rapid growth by accessing markets and decision makers they struggled to reach on their own. Clients came to Springboard with the following concerns: • The CEO was responsible for everything and after working with clients, managing employees and running operations there just wasn’t enough time left to dedicate to business development and the pipeline and cash flow suffered. • The CEO wanted to hire someone with experience, connections and a process to manage business development but had the budget to hire someone junior. Knowing this meant training and time would be required before their junior business developer would gain traction, this meant a losing venture for the CEO who lacked the time and the expertise to train in house and didn’t have time to wait for new sales • The client has an existing business development team that does a great job however leadership wants to target a new market without allocating the resources necessary for full time hires. • The client has hired full time business development in the past and for one reason or another it just didn’t work out and their gun-shy to commit full time financial resources to the project. Our team consists of 12 experienced business development professionals with experience in commercial, technology, construction, federal contracting, Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, professional services, Homeland Security, manufacturing, aviation, etc. Our consultants are recognized as leaders in their industries, are members of the associations that drive learning and connections in their fields and have extensive histories of closing business.
