Following a career at Reeds Rains, Bridgfords and partnership at Jordon Fishwick Wadden in Didsbury and Chorlton, Julian Wadden set up his independent estate agency Julian Wadden & Company 10 years ago in the Heatons which is a thriving and highly sought after area in South Manchester. Julian Wadden opened a second branch in Reddish which enables a dual marketing service for people moving between Reddish and the Heatons. In 2013, Julian Wadden made a welcome return to South Manchester with his third branch opening in the heart of Didsbury village. In early 2015, as part of the South Manchester 10 branch business plan, Julian Wadden returned to set up his fourth branch in Marple, Cheshire. The Company began with one person, but a 50+ strong team make it what it is today. Branch 5, opened in 2017 in Stockport Exchange and the hunt is now on for our next winning team!
