Nelson-Ricks Creamery began over 107 years ago. It was first established in 1907, with a focus on milk and butter. Since its beginning it has grown into the cheese company that it is today. The Rexburg plant was sold to a successful entrepreneur in the cheese industry who continues on the legacy of premium quality handmade cheese. He has brought new life into the factory and created a specialty cheese line unlike any other. With great milk, comes great opportunity.
