Additionally, our instructors are fully capable of helping you transform your body through the ‘Yogic way of life’. We also offer small classes so teachers have plenty of time for each individual. Our instructors have extensive training and are capable of helping you to find balance in the mind and body through the many styles and breathing techniques of yoga. Yoga will help to decrease right and left imbalances in the body that can cause pain and organic difficulty; we can help you create health in all of the systems of your body as well cultivate strength and flexibility. Students of all levels and traditions will find something at Serene Yoga that will encourage growth in their practice. We now have many classes and several teachers. We are truly enjoying the yoga community that is developing here. Yoga is a technology for arriving in this present moment. It is a science that incorporates a range of practices that can be adapted to suit your personality. Yoga Styles: Beginner, Intermediate, Gentle Flow, Relax & Restore, Yin, Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Mindful Movement & Meditation, Mindfullness based Stress Reduction Program & Core Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training This comprehensive two year Teacher Training program includes a series of one day and weekend workshops within a small student-teacher ratio.
