www.proseccoilcolle.itIl Colle is the Ceschin family's winery and is located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, in San Pietro di Feletto. The family produces Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other local quality wines, such as Prosecco Tranquillo (Still Prosecco), Colli di Conegliano DOCG Rosso or Refrontolo Passito. Since 2019 at the helm of the winery there are Sara, Andrea and Francesco, the three young siblings that together with their mother, Gianna, carry on a project started by their father and founder Fabio Ceschin. Il Colle directly cultivates and manages 40 hectares of vineyards located between the municipalities of San Pietro di Feletto, Collalbrigo, Costa and Follina. The mission of the Ceschin family is to carry on Fabio's desire: to produce a healthy, authentic wine. To do this, they reduce the treatments and use of chemicals as much as possible, from the vineyard to the cellar. Il Colle has BIO ICEA organic certification since 2012 and currently has 8 hectares runed with organic agricolture. It also has ISO 9001, BRC and IFS certifications. Andrea has been the company's CEO since 2019 and is in charge of general management; Sara, his twin sister, has been in charge of sales and marketing management since 2015; Francesco coordinates the work in the vineyard and personally takes care of all the vineyards since 2008; Gianna takes care of accounting and human resources.
