The Keith Dixon foundation is a tribute to Keith Dixon, who was a son, a brother, and a dear friend to many from the middle Tennessee community. Keith passed away on March 13th, 2014 from a substance related overdose. Our foundation was inspired to honor his memory as well as provide education, resources and opportunity to others in the Tennessee community who struggle with addiction and alcohol dependence.
