The name of the company was changed to symbolize the activities as "WAGAD INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED" on 27th August 2011. The Company was promoted by Sh. Ashok Jain, Sh. Vinod Jain, Sh. Andesh Jain, Sh. Ankush Jain. Sh. Ashok Jain was nominated as Chairman and Managing Director of the company. The company has implemented number of road and infrastructure projects and striving to implement more.
