Oslo Havn KF (Port of Oslo) is a communal company which is run by as a separate business unit on behalf of the City of Oslo Administration. We are administered by a Managing Director and 4 department heads. The Port is divided into 4 departments which are: Oslo Vessel Traffic Service/Maritime Department Terminal Department Technical Department Administration Department The board of directors are politically appointed and each party is represented in addition to representatives from the Defense Ministry and the Employees of the Port. The Chairman of the Board is Bernt Stilluf Karlsen (V).
