Spike Associates is a Business Process Outsourcing company: what we like to call is not traditional OUT-sourcing but CO-sourcing in the sense that we enter our client's trust and we train workers that will become part of their (yours) company. We create a relationship that is strategically driven over long term objectives and we share those internally and the client will become a partner. We also have partners that became clients in order to exploit their long term growth (or short term spikes).
