The organisation delivers specialist safeguarding consulting, impacting both strategic and operational levels, diagnostic reviewing of children's and adult safeguarding processes and decision making as well as its own unique 'live learning' social work improvement program and the provision of a total wraparound support program for Newly Qualified Social Workers. Nib Shared Vision collaborates with the internationally renowned inclusive theatre company, Chickenshed, delivering a unique approach to gaining the voices and lived experiences of children ensuring all children and young people are truly heard in society and able to directly impact the design and delivery of services upon which they rely.
