Mecoil analyzes used lubricating oil samples coming from national and international industrial applications. The main target of oil analysis is to seek for “weak signals”, hidden in the fluid, that can help technicians to make the right choices, in order to preserve the equipment integrity. Used oil samples are analyzed for many parameters, results are managed via a Mecoil-developed software (“Permantenere”), that allows to reconstruct the “tribological history” for each machinery. This way, it is possible to know if a damage occurred to an equipment and its severity. Oil sample is processed without the need of dilution, in order to ensure a high results reproducibility.
