GVALS is an industry-led skill development initiative that helps bridge skill gaps in the life sciences by providing hands-on training and professional development programs. The focus is on nurturing and developing highly skilled entry-point and mid-management workforce through such programs. The Academy is envisaged to become a one stop edu-skilling platform for knowledge sharing, certificated skill development programmes across disciplines, better academia-industry collaboration and assessment of workforce skill levels.
