-The Egyptian Mortgage Federation established in the Arab Republic of Egypt as a non-profit independent entity in accordance with the provisions of Article 34 bis of No. 148/2001 concerning Real Estate Mortgage Law and the amended decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Law No. 55 of 2014. -The Egyptian Mortgage Federation supervised by The Financial Regulatory Authority "Financial Supervisory Authority" - The Federation contains all Egyptian Mortgage Companies which is working in Egypt and banks .
